On the 17th and 18th of February, this year, Cosmos planetarium is visiting the National Museum of Scotland.
Cosmos offer a state-of-the-art, 360-degree multimedia experience, unlike any other. With programmes for all ages, including a space adventure for under 5s, Cosmos aim to “help unlock the breath-taking world of astronomy by making it easily understandable and fun for everyone.”
Their state-of-the-art, mobile planetariums are an excellent way to engage with the beautiful mystery of space and provide excellent experiences and learning possibilities.
And why not make a day of it, at the National Museum of Scotland?!
Since 2006, collections relating to Scottish antiquities, culture and history, science, technology, natural history, and world cultures have all been stored and presented in the massive Museum on Chambers street. The spectacular collection is a perfect day out for all ages, with enough knowledge presented to set up the whole family for a good night’s sleep.
